During the wedding consultations we often get asked some important questions. we have detailed a few here to give you a head start! But this is not an extensive list, you are free to ask us anything you want and we are happy to hold a consults in Aberdeen /shire if you wish for this to be in person or over a call instead.

Where are you based?

​

We are based in Aberdeen & Edinburgh, covering all of the UK and abroad.. Extra fees for destination weddings are kept minimal, meaning we work with you to find the best flights and accommodation. (normally the glint before and the glint of the wedding max)

Do you have insurance?

​

Yes. We have public liability insurance to 5 million, professional indemnity insurance and kit cover. And can provide a copy to your venue if they request this. Some grade 1 listed buildings require 10 million, so our insurance can be increased where needed.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. This is £200 to secure your day. This is non refundable and will mean the day is fully yours. We are afraid we cannot hold dates without a deposit to the paperwork coming back.

Do we have any paperwork to fill in?

​

Yes, although only a small amount. It is important that the agreement is signed, as this can be a long relationship with some couples booking more than 2 years in advance. This contract informs all parties what is expected of each other as well goes into editing, delivery etc. You will also have a booking form with all the important details we would need to know for the day- this would be our go-to document. These are provided via e-sign for a simple process. No printing required!

Do you do engagement shoots?

​

Yes, being creative wedding Videographer we think these are a great idea,  these come automatically with the 10 and 12 hour package but can be removed if you don’t want this. Or you can add an engagement shoot onto any of the other package you would like.

Are we able to pay the amount in instalments?

​

Yes, this is completely fine. We can discuss payment terms and decide the best steps forward. Noted down on your account and invoiced when you need them.

When will we receive our images?

​

Depending on the time of year, this can take 1.5 weeks for proofs,  between 3-6 weeks for your USB, but ideally this is delivered beforehand.  Around 4 weeks from design.

​

How long is the film we get?

This depends on the package you have. But it is normally anywhere between 35-45mins
